Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges

We have a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you no longer want your unused products, contact us within 14 days of receiving them and we will give you the option to return the product for store credit or return the product for a refund. We will only accept unopened products as a return. We do not accept returns on international orders.

How do I qualify for a refund?

Customers who want to return their purchase for a refund will be required to pay for their return shipping. Refunds will be provided for the cost of the product only. Once we receive the product(s), we will issue a  refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process depending on your banking institution. A tracking number must be provided to receive your refund. 

How do I get store credit for my return? 

If you would like us to send you a prepaid shipping label we will issue you a store credit. You will be notified of your store credit via email.  

Store credit returns in which a return label is issued are limited to one return per 14-day policy. We are unable to issue refunds on orders placed with store credit.

Can I Exchange A Product?

Sorry, we do not offer exchanges. 

My Order Has Been Shipped, But I Don't Want It Anymore. Can You Refund Me?

We cannot recall packages after they have been shipped from our warehouse, and we must treat all shipped orders as returns. Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping

Please note we are expecting longer than usual shipping times.

We ship to the continental 48, Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories and holdings. 

UPS Next Day Air: Next business day after shipment is processed.
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipment is processed.
UPS Standard Ground: 3-5 business days.  

Orders placed after 12pm are processed on the following business day. UPS does not deliver on weekends, even for expedited orders. 

We only ship to P.O. Boxes within the continental US. We do not ship to military addresses.

How Much Will It Cost To Ship My Order?

​Shipping costs can be estimated in your shopping cart before check out. Please put all of your desired products into your cart and then view your cart. When in your cart click "estimate shipping costs" to preview your shipping options and costs. We cannot provide personalized shipping quotes via email, chat or over the phone. ​

Can You Change The Address On My Order After It's Been Shipped?

There is a $16.40 charge incurred to change your shipping address with UPS after your order has shipped. While we are happy to facilitate those changes, the fee will be the responsibility of the customer. The best way to avoid additional charges is to review your order confirmation. If you notice a problem with your address please email us within 10 minutes of placing your order during normal business hours and we will attempt to make changes before your order has shipped.

I Haven't Received My Package, But UPS Says It Was Delivered. What Happens Now?

The first step is to search around your home and check with your neighbors to ensure your order wasn't mis-delivered. If, after searching the property, your package cannot be located, we will open a tracer with UPS. Tracers can take up to 8 business days to be completed, and we cannot issue a reship or refund until the process is complete.

International Shipping

We can now ship to freight-forwarding services within the United states which can then have your products delivered to you. Make sure to use contact information that we can easily contact you at. 

Depending on the products you purchase, your country’s customs agency may determine you owe a duty or tax. Nearly every shipment that crosses an international border is subject to the assessment of duties and taxes. Each country determines the assessment of duties and taxes differently.

Do MyUS shipping rates include custom fees, tariffs, or taxes?

MyUS ONLY includes duties and taxes with shipping costs on Budget Economy and Budget Express shipments to Austria, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom. You will receive a quote for the duties and taxes at the time of the ship request. If you are set to Automatic or other scheduled shipping method, duty and tax fees will appear on your invoice after shipment.

MyUS will only charge duties and taxes on shipments that are within a certain weight range. For shipments outside of this weight range, duties and taxes are collected by the carrier that delivers your shipment.

For all other countries and shipping methods, duties and taxes are collected by the carrier that delivers your shipment. In some cases, couriers may also charge a brokerage fee to clear your package through local customs. These fees var  and are not paid by MyUS.
