After happily adopting his twins Ziggy and Nola in 2003, Israel Segal quickly learned the ins and outs of taking care of textured hair. Having textured hair himself, he knew there had to be a perfect solution for ultimate hydration to moisturize habitually frizzy hair. In order to avoid using products laced with chemicals on his kids’ hair and skin, Israel knew he had to create his own for optimum results. Naming his company Nola Industries after his daughter, he kept the name as a constant reminder of his inspiration to help his family and yours remain beautiful yet free of harmful chemicals. It was under this principle that Free Your Mane was born.
