BoBeamProducts Honey and Oats Moisturizing Shampoo Bar is packed with honey and smells good enough to eat! There are several DIY oatmeal hair shampoo/rinses for your hair - here’s a way to use oatmeal without the mess or trial of rinsing it out of your hair. There are traces of tiny grains of oatmeal in the bar which gently exfoliates your scalp and rinses away clean. Honey adds shine and is a humectant, which means it holds moisture. It is a natural antiseptic full of antioxidants. It also provides softness and shine. It is packed with vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, sulphur, iron, zinc and vitamins B1, B2, B3, which aid in hair growth.
This shampoo bar is made with all natural ingredients. No SLS or SLE's, detergents, surfactants or sulfates. They are all-natural, 100% vegetable soap. They are non-comedogenic, hypo-allergenic and biodegradable.
Gently message the bar on wet hair - around the perimeter of your head, so starting from the edges inward.
Use the smoothest side of the bar first (oftentimes, bits of flowers/herbs and oils float to the top of the bar during the process, which results in one side of the bar being smoother than the other)
If you section your hair lather up each section.
Once the lather forms, shampoo your hair as usual. This only needs to be done once, but for those who are heavy-handed with products like I am, feel free to lather again.
Remember to follow with a conditioner after washing.
Rinse your shampoo bar and store in a dry area to prolong the life of the bar.
Always use the pads of your fingers when washing, not your nails.
Do your final rinse using cool/tepid water to close the hair follicle to help with detangling and shine.
Try to air dry your hair whenever possible. rather than using a towel to rub your hair dry, blot it until it is no longer dripping.
Shampoo bars can be used for your body as well.
